Salt Lake City International Airport is located five miles northwest of downtown Salt Lake City. The airfield consists of three air carrier runways and a general aviation runway. There are two terminals, five concourses and 70 aircraft gates. Continental and Delta Air Lines operate reservations centers headquartered at the airport. Non-stop service is offered to 70 cities. The airport is ranked 25th busiest in the nation and 47th busiest in the world, and serves about 18.5 million passengers each year.
